A norma técnica da Administração de Aviação Civil da China (CAAC) "Óleos Lubrificantes para Motores de Aeronaves Civis" (CTS0-2C704) estipula claramente que os óleos lubrificantes para turbinas devem ser submetidos a um teste de carbonização em fase gasosa para determinar a tendência dos óleos lubrificantes em formar depósitos de carbono na área do tubo de ventilação de alta temperatura de motores de turbina de aviação, sem imersão em óleo. É necessário relatar a quantidade de depósito no tubo de medição, bem como a taxa de variação da viscosidade cinemática a 40 °C e a variação do índice de acidez do óleo lubrificante antes e depois do teste. Overview

The VPC Gas Phase Coking Tester complies with the requirements of test standards including GJB 1263A Appendix D, SAE ARP5921, and the VPC Gas Phase Coking Evaluation Method. It is suitable for evaluating the coking tendency of ester-type synthetic aviation lubricating oils under the mixed state of air and oil phases, so as to simulate the condition of ventilation pipes in bearing chambers.When conducting airworthiness verification on the performance of turbine lubricating oils, it is necessary to measure the tendency of the mixture of their vapor and air to generate harmful carbon deposits on the surface of hot-end components such as engine ventilation pipes through high-temperature oxidation or thermal cracking reactions under high-temperature immersion conditions. The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) technical standard dddhhhCivil Aircraft Engine Lubricating Oilsdddhhh (CTS0-2C704) clearly stipulates that turbine lubricating oils must undergo a gas phase coking test to determine the tendency of lubricating oils to form carbon deposits in the high-temperature ventilation pipe area of aviation turbine engines without oil immersion. It is required to report the deposition amount in the measuring tube, as well as the 40℃ kinematic viscosity change rate and acid value change of the lubricating oil before and after the test.Combining standard methods, foreign prototype research and standard investigation, our company has independently developed, designed and produced the VPC Gas Phase Coking Tester, which meets the method requirements of this test and is the only manufacturer of this product in China.
